Rod Manson started Tri-County in 1997 after working in the gutter installation business during his summers as an educator. His passion for teaching and problem solving has been key in growing the business. Rod’s experience and hands on approach to working in the business has made it the success it is today.

Branden Peters

Vice President

Branden Peters joined Tri-County in 2013. Branden’s 30 year career has involved working in product wholesale, product manufacturing, and distribution management. Branden’s leadership has continued to streamline and develop exterior remodeling services at Tri-County Enterprises.

Mandy Manson

Office Manager

Mandy Manson began in the office at Tri-County in 2003, and with the growth of the business transitioned into a full time role as Office Manager in 2010. She brings 20 years of Executive Assistant experience wearing many hats in an office environment including bookkeeping, marketing, and daily operations.

Chad Manson

Purchasing and Scheduling

Chad has been with Tri-County Enterprises for 21 years. He has worked in various departments at his time here, such as installation, sales, product inventory, and job coordination. His goal is to make things run as smoothly as possible from start to finish by coordinating with the homeowners and the crews at Tri-County.

Mitch Manson

Jobsite Supervisor

Mitch Manson  began his full time career with Tri-County Enterprises in 1999. With the addition of Comfort Zone in 2010, Mitch was the natural choice to lead this new division. With his attention to detail and years of experience, Mitch is the Comfort Zone project manager and works as a trainer to new gutter installation techs.

Jobsite Supervisor

Trevor Vick began working at Tri-County in 2016. With over 24 years in the residential construction industry, Trevor previously specialized in windows and siding, but has expanded his expertise to include roofing, framing, and drywall. Trevor ensures that your project is completed in an organized manner as the general supervisor of your jobsite.

Tom Klostermann

Estimator

Tom Klostermann started with Tri-County in 2015. Tom comes with 20 years of experience working one on one designing, figuring material and ordering correct products for every type of building design. Tom’s extensive knowledge in products will make sure you have the right product for every home improvement project.
